Solfe Tablet is a combination of two nutritional supplements. It is used to treat Iron deficiency anemia.
Solfe Tablet can be taken with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to take this medicine at a fixed time. This medicine should not be consumed more than the recommended dose.

- Uses / Indications: Solfe tablet contains Elemental Iron, Folic acid, Sodium Feredetate and Vitamin B12. Elemental iron is used to prevent and treat iron deficiencies. It is important for the transport of oxygen in the blood. Folic acid is a water-soluble Vitamin that boosts the production red blood cells (RBCs). It is also used to prevent anemia due to vitamin C deficiency. Sodium Feredetate helps the body to absorb more iron. This drug is used to reduce symptoms associated with anaemia such as weakness and shortness of breath. Vitamin B12 is essential for the treatment of damages to nerves. Solfe tablets help to improve the blood functionality and production of new cells. Use under medical supervision.
